Intensive HIV Clinical Training

MATEC Michigan provides in-depth HIV clinical training to health care professionals. Courses include didactic and clinical components. Faculty for these intensive programs are recognized experts in HIV care. Some example courses we have presented in the past:

Longitudinal Training Programs
Committed to providing quality education to increase HIV awareness among health care professionals, MATEC Michigan offers comprehensive in-service programs to non-profit organizations at no cost. Most in-service programs are one hour in length and carry 1 CEU. All of our speakers are health professionals who actively work in the field. We offer HIV education programs on a wide range of topics, including:

  • Adherence Issues in HIV Care
  • Cultural Competence in HIV/AIDS Care
  • HIV Prevention in the Native American Communities
